5 Mesh Rug Canvas for Latch Hooking, Locker Hooking

I bought this via Michael's. I had no idea who color crazy was until I opened this package. Oh my gosh, the mesh rug canvas is just what I need as an armature for my 3-D crochet projects. What wow'd me what the packaging -- it's customer service, appreciation, and a gentle smiling hug all at once. I've discovered a gem!

This brand of canvas is flexible yet durable which makes it easier and more comfortable to work with compared to canvases found in kits. It also feels high quality. My go-to canvas for custom latchhooking projects.

Originally purchased for a custom rug design for military unit insignia. Ideally I wanted it big enough for pattern to be a circle 5' in diameter. Ended up getting two sections to join at a later time. This is probably the biggest 5 mesh you can find. So far the quality has been sturdy and flexible. I appreciate the blue guide lines.

After over 12 commercial kits, I have graduated to complete DIY projects. The5 mesh canvas that Color Crazy provides is excellent in that it does not shred and allows me to use my fold under, double hook completion technique. I would recommend this product for any expertise level project.

Great quality and if you need it to be longer you can order multiple and ask they leave it as one large canvas. Very strong but you can still easily cut it with household scissors.

The rug mesh is strong, durable to lots of pulling, rolling up, unrolling, tying with no breakage. I like the grid lines for alignment and joining multiple pieces to make larger sizes. Thanks for a well made product.

This is very soft and is difficult to work on. The mesh actually separates and comes apart as I tried to pull the loops through. I even used a smaller locker hook needle for the narrower fabric strips. I wanted to create some ornaments with this mesh, but will not be using it due to the mesh breaking apart, especially on the corners.

I have not used the mesh yet. I look forward to creating some beautiful locker hooking projects with it.

I have only been able to test a sample I made but I think it will work perfect. I am using it to support a crocheted afghan for hanging to display.

Soft flexible backing. Arrived as quality product and nicely wrapped. Good for projects that need to twist and bend. Might use to make wool vest. Otherwise will use for small trivets using yarn for medium.

Y'all. I've been making latch hook princess hangings for my daughter's room. I used to get my canvas at Joann's and now they've all shut down. I'm SO GLAD I found this site. Not only is it way cheaper than anything I can find in-store or through Amazon, the soft mesh is a GAME CHANGER. The old canvas used to poke holes in blankets or create snags in my clothes if I was wearing a sweater. This is top quality and I will be getting my canvas from here from now on!

I have been getting my latch hook mesh from craft stores and it's been a hassle dealing with the store bought ones breaking halfway through my projects. I just got the 5-mesh from here and I can already tell the difference. It's softer and more flexible, so it definitely won't have the same issue.
