Corriedale wool top in nineteen saturated colors, from quiet neutrals like Beige, Chestnut, and Steel Grey to brights like Magenta, Lime Green, and Royal Blue. Each color is combed into a smooth continuous roving that pulls cleanly through our 3.75 mesh rug canvas, and it spins, felts, and weaves just as well.
Corriedale is a classic all-purpose wool: sturdy enough for work that gets used, with enough softness and loft to be a pleasure in the hands. This wool is grown, processed, and dyed in Spain, so the fiber stays with the same people from the sheep to the finished color. At a medium grade it matches the weight pad makers already rely on in natural wool, which makes it an easy way to add stripes, borders, and brand colors to a pulled wool saddle pad.
